302 MG concerta come down..weed..??

Last night I went crazy on concerta and I gobbled down 8 36 MG then I snorted 2 10 MG ridilin ir and I'm trying to not feel like this I heard weed helps and I smoke daily but I wanna know if it will work before I waste a stupid amount of weed to get stupid high so I can catch an hour or 2 of shut eye. If your going to criticize then don't bother answering I know the risks I take
