Hey guys just wanting to know if anyone who overdose on vyvanse have these symptoms. Well after I took the 300mg of vyvanse everything was going good until my body. Began to sweat and my heart started to race really bad my body was going numb and had a tingling feeling going and muscles were cramping up. I will never do this ever I again and learned my lesson. 2 days later I went to get checked and to the ER to have everything checked they said everything was good but I had my heart rate go up and down out of nowhere. So they recomended me to see a cardiologist my heart has got better. Now the issue is Ihe been feel in lightheaded for the past week and my vision has gotten blurry and my heart is not 100% good my hands begin to get sometimes numb I also feel disoriented like my body is not fully here and at times hard to process things and pay full attention. I mean these symptoms are not going away it's been a week I don't know what is is please if any one has any idea of what this is please let me know. I think it might an issue with my nerves I read so please do hesistate to answer. Email me at [email protected][/email

See the cardiologist. You may have induced an arrhythmia as you are have symptoms of one. Vyvanse sticks around for awhile and you took so much, it is possible that the way it breaks it down into d-amp could not handle all that at once and it was still forming d-amp hours or days later.

Hey thank you Kittycat5 what is a d amp would you please explain

Dextroamphetamine. Vyvanse is lisdexamphetamine which is dexamphetamine bound to lysine. The body cleaves the lysine in red blood cells leaving dextroamphetamine.

Ok thank you so much also I been having headaches and been feeling lightheaded with a little double vision for he past week. Please if you have any other idea on what it is please help me out. And I'm going to see the Cardiologist this week and check up with my doctor. I also had ct scan on my head and they said nothing was wrong. Is there any other issue that can occur in brain later on. Or is it mainly the heart that has the issues Kittycat5

If you did not acutely injure your brain through something like a stroke and your CT scan was clean, I do not think you should have any issues. You could of course follow up with a neurologist as well just too make sure as no one has the capability to truly answer medical questions on the internet, myself included. Can I ask when you took this? I am not 100% sure if the cleaving mechanism of lysine to dextroamphetamine can become saturated, and may like to look into. But if this was weeks ago, than it really would have no bearing on your incident and would simply be for my curiosity's sake.

I see and yes I took the vyvanse a week ago. Once I check out the Cardiologist I will update you with more info as of my condition. What worries me is just me being light headed and having double vision and just not "feeling all here" like if I'm floating and my though process unclear it's been like this for about 5 days. like I said when I went to the ER they pretty much evaluated my whole body and found everything healthy. So hopefully everything turns out ok. Thank you Kittycat5
