Dunno if I should be taking this seriously, but anyway:
The compound mentioned is likely to be a potent SNDRA with high abuse potential and no protective properties.
While the drug known as 4-Methylaminorex does have research indicating it might not cause lasting damage there is no research regarding 3,4-Methylaminorex.
It seems unlikely that it would have any of the effects mentioned in the OP.
