Yello!

Does 2C-B/bk-2C-B affect the 5-HT2b receptor? And how high is the affinity in that case?

As I have understood it, it does mostly affects the 5-HT2a and 5-HT2c receptor.

Thanks in advance!:D

according to this paper http://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0009019#pone-0009019-t004

2cb actually interacts the strongest with the 5-HT2B receptor, with a Ki of 13.5 nM. (see table 4)

the 5-HT2B receptor is the most "promiscuous" receptor, interacting with the most psychedelics (including 2c-e, psilocin, MDA, TMA-2, ALEPH-2, DOB...) - it's at the very top of table 5

another interesting (sidenote) from the paper: "2C-E, 2C-T-2, Aleph-2, DIPT, 5-MeO-DIPT, and DPT were provided as gifts by Alexander Shulgin."
