Weed: They will ask some outrageous price to test you. Depending on demand if you say no they might just walk away but usually they will lower it to a reasonable price...unless you look like you r rich and will pay.

East Coast USA (Delaware): Beach Resort Areas.

Due to being a beach resort area & 'party area' prices can sky rocket during the summer season (tourist season) on most 'items' & of course be found by locals for locals at greatly reduced prices.

Another factor is that during the off season some of the better substances cannot be had as the people bringing it into the area are long gone, either back to uni' or back to wherever the sunshine is at this time of year...

That said, I will only list prices that are current & for what is available right now.

A more comprehensive listing with summer season & off season prices for 2009 will appear once that thread gets going.

Now onto the goodies:

Weed:
Purple sticky with fine red hair, crystals as big as match heads:
$80 - $110 an 1/8th.
$520 an Oz (never asked about QPs or Pounds)

Mids:
$50 an 1/8th
$230 an Oz

Dirt weed:
$25 - 30 an 1/8th
$140 an Oz

Quite often (about twice a month) 2 or 3 other very nice verieties will hit town, a mix of Hydro & sun grown, not seen any 'closet' grown here in the off season.
These usualy sell at the same prices as the top grade purple listed above.

No hash or pollen to be found out of season.

Badly trodden on:
$50 - $65 a gm

The good stuff (solid blocks of wet yellow peralesent flake, tests out above 95%)
$110 - $130 per gm

Never seen any coke sold in larger than a single gm price in the off season.

Crystals (make your own liquid)
Varies due to size & supplier.
Anything from $100 to $2k

$100 yields about 300 good hits worth when mixed right.
$2k yields about 50 times the hits of the $100 crystal.

Liquid dropped on cubes / cookies / tongues:
$2 - $5 depending on who holds the bottle.

Blotters:
$5 per hit
These are usually made by greedy people who have just bought a small crystal to make some liquid... nobody local really touches them unless desperate or knows nobody with a bottle of liquid.

Rare out of season & ranges from $15 - $35 per tab.
Usually a good hit tho'
Nice & clean, what it should be.
(Towns here are too small to rip people & not get shot at)

Oxycodone:
$1 to $1.50 per mg in any form.
Everything from Percs, contin, oxycodone IR all go at $1 to $1.50 per mg brand named & Generic alike.

Vicodin:
$.50 to $.75 per pill in any size (5s/10s etc)

Morphine:
Again any format... MS IR / MS TR and again Brand name or generic all go for the same:
$1.50 to $2 per mg

Dilaudid:
Same as all pills here, brand name or generic:
$1.75 - $3.50 depending on who is holding & what time of month.

Ativan / xanax :
Again named or Generic...
$3 - $5 per mg

Those are current prices as of yesterday (asking around the locals & also knowing who has what available).

It's about the same as last years prices, some will fall & a lot will double, even trebble come spring & summer.

Other goodies do crop up, fent patches, atiq (sp?) lollypops etc...
But these are not stable enough during the off season to put a price on.

Also, during the off season a lot of 'goodies' get traded between locals who may have a quantity of one thing or another.

It's not unusual to see 20 10/325 percs being traded for an 1/8th of good weed or a small baggie of shrooms etc.

Hope this has enlightened you all as to what occurs at a beach resort area made of small towns on the east coast of the USA.
 
"Mom's weed" 50-65 dollars for 7 grams good green and fluffy maybe 2 seeds in a bag other times none noe too many trichs but good color....Nice smoke...burns a little too fast

"The Purps" 50 8th REDICULOUS lookin weed but im not much a fan tolerance SKYROCKETS with this strain

Grampa tweakers Local skunk #1 60-110 an 8th. REDICULOUS. not trimmed much but it doesnt matter its a staiva and the bud structure is leafy anways but youve NEVER seen so many trichs and the smell taste and high are UNfucking Believeable

Norhern cali (humbolt) goodies 50 8th
White Rhino 50 8th

Lavendar 10 dolars for .7

These are the strains that are ALWAYS available ALWAYS.....good shit rolls through like sour deisel but usualy its the same strain over and over again......
Oh I forgot to mention This Lemony shit that has no color except green -smells INCREDIBLE but looks like beast and the high is lacking. 50 an 8th

Unbricked Good looking weed that has NO odor or taste but tastes Clean and gets you WAY high and it looks kinda pretty with some crystals even-50-65 a quarter

Awesome green brick sexi mexi 40 an O up to 30-50 a quarter

Dirt expect to pay 45-55 except on boarder towns where it will drop back down to 25 a quarter
 
Of I forgot "Shwank" cause I havent had it in awhile-
It dont look like much just dense little pop corn nugs with not much trichs and no fruity flavors-HOWEVER its the STONIEST SHIT Ive EVER smoked.

I was just in LONG BEACH CALI and my cousin got the BEST weed Ive EVER came across, blueberry X Kush for apperently 40 for like 5 grams. NEVER seen or tasted Anything like it hoyl fuck me rotten wow delicious. one hit wonder, with Truley a blue tint to it...I mean WOW :)
