I was wonderin how much Fentanyl patches and goes for....I never seen them around much, but lately heard of them. its weird to feel like a newjack not even havin any idea what the price could be. when usually i know it all I dont buy the shit, but a friend was askin. honestly someone could be rippin him off and none of us would have any idea cuz we never fuxed with this shit before.

I heard a 75mcg patch being $35, which dont make no sense to me cuz i thought that the patches came in much higher doses than that, and that seems pretty high cuz i think i heard of the Actiq lolly's bein $35 for the 800mcg. so im either confused or ...Somethin....

Someone shine some light on it... I read the guidelines and hopin this is OK, since i didnt want to start my own thread asking this.

^ Your estimates sound about right in the U.S. on average, based on what I've read in the past few years. The lollipops are too expensive. It's ridiculous considering you get 5.1mg of fentanyl from a 50mcg/hr patch where you only get 800mcg with a lollipop. $10/mg of fentanyl give or take a few $$ seems to be the going rate.

Wait...Now im confused...I knew tha patches were time release, so when it says 75mcg, its actually 75mcg PER HOUR?? Ohh....Word...Now that makes alot more sense...I was confused, since i was thinkin that the actiq's were a better deal in my head it was 75 mcg for 35, or 800 mcg for 35, tough choice ay.

I think i got what youre sayin but could you clarify that for my dumb ass?

^ Yeah, it's per hour. A 75mcg/hr patch has 7.65mg total in it. They actually put extra fentanyl in the patch, so you can't do the math of x mcg / hr x 72 hrs. It says right on the package how much fentanyl is in the patch total.
