tried heroin first time last night, overhyped

finally found a h plug in my area after weeks of searching and picked some up, pretty cheap. didn't test it at all which was stupid (europe tho so little risk of fent, worst case scenario it would have just been shit quality) but in the end it didn't matter, it was legit. spent pretty much all of yesterday snorting it with a friend, taking bumps every 10-30 mins. it was quite enjoyable, definitely the cleanest and most euphoric opioid i've tried. few side effects other than itching. my friend thought he was overdosing for a bit but he's fine.

only mistake i made was that after the effects started fading towards the end of the day, i drank an energy drink for potentiation. i always do this with opioids and it usually works quite well. this time it did potentiate the effects but wiped away all the euphoria. i was left uncomfortably nodding for a few hours and got a bit sick.

still have a good bit left but i don't feel any sort of temptation towards it. people talk about heroin like it's some demonic force, i'd always suspected that it was probably quite chill and i was right. i got a slight hangover rn but happy to have finally tried it and satisfied my curiosity.

In 16 years i never snorted heroin in kent UK either smoked it or a few times injected it if you got some left put some on foil and smoke it not to much heat or you sizzle it

I always thought you cant snort UK brown i heard a mate talk about doing it dripway through nose in prison by heating it i cant remember exactly how but not sniffing it

People talk about it like that because it becomes like that once you've been hooked for a while.

I don't think caffeine is supposed to potentiate opiates, it would do the opposite because it's so stimulating and does the opposite for me. Probably the taurine or something in it since you said energy drink, and taurine is a GABA agonist though it's a low amount in energy drinks, but I guess some of these don't have much caffeine anyway.

Seriously, be careful though. You have no idea how quickly this shit will grip you, it's way more addictive than oxys etc. I've seen so many posts on here or on reddit of people first trying it and then in not long they're hopelessly addicted or ended up in jail for awhile.

i always thought that the stimulant effects of caffeine would counteract the effcets of opioids but it really does potentiate them. discovered this when i tried drinking a monster to sober up off an oxy and it just made it way stronger. went to a college lecture and i was nodding out like mad. so ever since then i take caffeine to potentiate opis
 
Have you tried this with just coffee or caffeine tablets to see if it's that? They're just not really known to potentiate opiates so that's why I thought it'd have to be the taurine.

hm true i always used energy drinks so it could be the taurine. but if u look it up there's some other people saying caffeine potentiate opioids
 
It does seem like some people get this effect but I wouldn't think they're using much caffeine. Coffee has opioid antagonists in it, caffeine alone does not. It seems anyone anecdotes I read are usually talking about red bull or something. Whether it be this, rockstar, monster, all have taurine in them I'm pretty sure and are generally like 100mg caffeine on average. For me caffeine in general will overpower the feelings from any opioid

It's added to pure heroin to make it easier to smoke, without it doesn't smoke very well. It's not added for it's synergistic effect.

Idk man I drink maybe 100-200mg of caffeine every morning, if someone put some in my heroin I highly doubt I would feel it over the heroin...

I dunno about heroin, but my favorite way to ingest oxys & hydros was to chew up the pills and wash em down with hot black coffee, preferably on an empty stomach.
The high would come on pretty fast with nice euphoria.
A couple of things about me, though:
1. I drink a LOT of coffee anyway, so my caffeine tolerance is very high.
2. Opioids (especially oxys) always give me energy along with the euphoria. They are my favorite work drugs.

(edit) I'm on kratom maintenance now and have been for about 3yrs. Yes, red vein kratom is rather stimulating for me.
 
Well H is so hard I wouldn't think it'd overpower it, I'm mostly speaking in terms of lighter stuff. A lot of people say it pairs well with kratom but it will stop the effects of kratom within minutes for me. If you were sniffing H and getting a weaker high then maybe the caffeine would at least overpower some of the heavy effects. I wouldn't exactly call 100-200mg that high for a daily caffeine user especially given you have a tolerance.

Could be the sugar in the drink i know pods in India are taken and really sweet tea drank afterwards to get better buzz
