if your completely at peace with your life at the moment, and the frequency you masturbate does not affect your life, you probably won't understand the benefits nofap can bring to someone who has a high sensitivity to pornography and regular masturbation.

if you are depressed and anxious, feel like you are reacting to everything around you, and have a lack of motivation in your life. i would say give nofap a try, 30 days is long enough to see if it will benefit you or not, whats 30 days of not jacking off? if it is something that is beneficial, it will reverse all those symptoms i mentioned and make you feel like a 12 year old kid again where the world is your oyster.

No. I don't feel that way at all.

I guess after you do the right drugs you realize that the feeling of an orgasm isn't the greatest thing. (Especially when you're jerking yourself off)
 
I love jerking off, I do it lots. I like it but if you dont like it then as others suggest cut back. But dont base that decision on what you think norms are. Sometimes one just needs to admit they are a wanker and dig it. #nowankguilt
 
Think it's unhealthy not to engage in masturbation. I'll use my FlashLight 2-3 times a day and still Duck my girlfriend that not. Why would you wanna quit anyway? Masturbation is very normal and healthy. Infrequent ejaculation is really bad for your prostate.

Why would you advise against masturbation, btw? It's healthy for you. It's actually *unhealthy* for men not to. Infrequent ejaculation leads to all sorts of prostate problems, including cancer.
 
I think it's a duration thing. If I had to chose between not having opiates for a week or not having an orgasm for a week, the choice is obvious. There's no way in hell I could go without the opioids (I get so ill I'd end up in hospital) but going without masturbating for a week would be easy as fuck. Sometimes I go that long just because the drugs kill my sex drive. But, whereas people go decades sober, I doubt people could go decades totally celibate.

Lol you’re supposed to have a sex drive. You’re not supposed to want drugs. It’s normal and healthy to stop wanting drugs. It’s not normal or (usually) healthy to stop wanting sexual stimulation. Of course when you’re addicted to drugs the desire to get high might be stronger than the desire to masturbate. But one of those is a normal desire which you can ignore if you want and one of them is an abnormal desire that you shouldn’t have. Drug addiction is supposed to go away, sexuality isn’t.
