Once your epyphysial plates are closed (i.e. turned from cartilage to bone) there's no drug that will stimulate.height growth. Before that, external somatotropin would, if supplied in.excess, probably stimulate height growth - but since it is a complex hormone with a multitude of effects, outside serious illness it's not (and even if one could get one's hands on it should definately not, since one would mess with a complex physiological control circuit with unforeseeable circumstances) administered, especially not for cosmetic reasons in people that are within the physiological range. 5'9 is not really small, btw.
