Still kinda scared to hear new Pumpkins stuff... right around the floppier end of their peak they still sounded like that though so will <3 them forever <3

I mostly avoid the early '10s version(s) of the Pumpkins for obvious reasons as outlied above. However, Jesus' fuckpants that was a band tighter than all of yo' mammas being raped by randy reindeers...



I know I am a Pumpkins fanboy still working his way up temporally to the recentlly recent stuff but... that performance is just plain godly no matter what. Yes, all of it. Onwards may yet still prove to be upwards, yo...

Oh my ... thankyee loads for posting. That was pretty fucking perfect. Slick beyond words and dare I say it .. [controversial] just a little bit prog ... but not, but yeah really is, but for the best of reasons ... (sorry) [/controversial] ... making instruments sound like they're talking rather than just being played etc etc ... that sounds wanky ... apologies <3

Will catchup with the other tunes later today hopefully ... <3

PS: I'm sensing the Shambles spores infusing with the whole universe ATM .. if that makes any sense to you?

What was the guy called again who used to always get in trouble for embedding videos? He passed away a few years ago and I'm ashamed to say I've forgotton his username... but haven't forgotten the man himself.z

I shared a few pms with him back in the day and he was a good guy..

Nobody ever need apologise for wankiness imo. Not outside of the 100 yard courtesy radius anyway :D

Not at all controversial either - at least not in my eyes. Pumpkins have always been heavily prog-influenced and that particular extended jam is a prime example of it. That girl on the Hammond (or equivalent) is just quality. Maybe not the "classic" line-up but the bassist is a peach and the guitars play beautifully back and forth with each other. Fuck, even the drum solo - yes, the fukkin' drum solo - is a beaut. Whole thing is good enough I may actually revisit that line-up to see how they played other non-obvious Pumpkin tunes :)

Also, I would heartily recommend both Idles and Shame embeds if you've not come across 'em before. Been plugging 'em heavily of late but suspect at least one of 'em may well be up your proverbial. Ooh-er, missus, etc 8o8(8o

I'm on a mobile phone - albeit with a 'BT infinity superfast fibre' connection (hah!). Still takes a while to load though, but I'm important and I want everything NOW!!! ;)

You need a better phone then mate.

I'm on Virgin broadband and a Galaxy S8+ phone and it loads instantly for me

Yep, you may be right. My phone isn't exactly top of the range, but it doesn't cost me a penny. It's a work phone, but I can use it as I like...

LOVE the track and a whole bunch of its remixes but I just watched this official video and I'm kinda lost for words. Immediately wondered if it was directed by Gaspar Noe* (sp?) which would make a little more sense to me but ..
