So this has been bugging me for a while now but one night i took 3 pills (so it was probably not all mdma) and i looked at my hands and cuts i had previously had on my hands just started bleeding.

I dont think i managed to scratch my hand or something but it kind of freaked me out at the time. Is mdma known to cause anything like this?

Did you check that they were actually bleeding and not just a hallucination? As large amounts of MDMA (such a 3 freaking pills which is way too much these days) can cause LSD- like psychedelic effects.

Yeah my friends did confirm that they were actually bleeding because I did ask them to make sure i wasnt tripping out haha. But im in Perth, Australia and pills are very weak and half the pills dont even contain an md like substance.

Yeah ok, I just wanted to make sure nobody would eat 3 of those Dutch pills that are common :p
I don't think there's much to say about your bleeding, you were probably just high and didn't notice you scratched it somewhere :D It's not an effect of MDMA, that's for sure.
Well maybe there's something related to blood circulation, I sometimes notice stuff like red scratches or red patches in my back after a long party/festival. But bleeding is a bit further :D

Yeah that does make more sense and it was just because it was specifically the corners of my fingernails which were bleeding on a few fingers so i was wondering if I actually did scratch it or not hahah. Thanks though

Stimulants generally increase blood pressure and prevent blood coagulation, leading to apparently excessive bleeding from minor cuts. Maybe these cuts hadn't healed sufficiently leading to extra bleeding.
