I am a registered nursing student and have a strong interest in mental health treatment. I know many people find and self treat with ketamine, but I believe that if the prices were lower more people trying to self medicate could afford to receive ketamine therapy. I learned about the use of ketamine for depression, anxiety, PTSD and chronic pain while preparing a big term paper. While gathering data and studying the topic, I have read dozens and dozens of studies that demonstrate how effective ketamine infusions can be for treatment resistant depression. During my research, I came across an online ketamine infusion course at http://www.ketmineacademy.com. This course aims to help teach other providers how to safely administer ketamine infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. More medical professionals trained to offer this service will result in lower prices nationally, it simple economics. I think this course is helping to achieve that and the creator is actually running one of the lowest cost ketamine infusion clinics in the US!
I think it is fantastic that such a course is available online! Surely many patients will benefits from having better access to ketamine infusion therapy and so I wanted to share it here for anyone who may be interested in learning how to administer ketamine and/or start a ketamine clinic. The more doctors and nurse practitioners that offer this service, the higher the chance that patients can accesslow cost ketamine therapy near them. The course contains videos, audio, text, articles, quizes and even an hour long interview with a patient who receives ketamine infusion therapy. I was able to sign up for a free trial of the ketamine infusion therapy course by Ketamine Academy by visiting this link https://www.ketamineacademy.com/users/checkout/auth
I even called to talk with LT Jason Duprat BS, BSN, MSN, CRNA to ask questions about the course. He is the course creator and ketamine clinic owner. He is extremely knowledgeable and seems to have a real passion for helping patients by teaching as many providers as possible about ketamine therapy. He offers a 10% military discount and said that he emails steep (upto $500 off) course discounts several time a year.
If you are a health care provider interested in providing ketamine therapy at an existing or new clinic. I would recommend you consider this course. His clinic website is https://www.infusionclinicabq.com/
