I go into Big Lots to buy an energy drink and immediately hear "Hi RL. What's up RL?" The cashier has apparently learned my name from several times of having her manually bring up my member card with my phone number and me cracking dumb jokes about my purchases. I joke that I will be impressed if she can remember my number too and you know what happens... She's doing her girly smile and again says my name. I look at her and say "okay so text me later." She giggles and looks down. She looks young, maybe 20. Wears a hijab. About three inches taller than me. Raised stakes, gentlemen. To be continued.
 
I'm so lost. A week ago I thought sero was engaged. Then I thought he was single and just that I never got the memo that he broke up with her. Now a non-fiance gf is mentioned... Wtf

Drugs - decreasing my TPP dose to 100mg eod due to being short and waiting on additional raws. Probably gonna throw in some primo or DHB to fill the extra mL for now.

Honestly so long as my test is constant I have had zero set gear protocol lately lmao.

Think I may add in DNP for a short run mid way into September...haven't decided yet. Also been off T4 for 3 weeks or so now for the first time in probably 3-4 years. Haven't noticed anything much, probably a good time to be running tren.

Did shoulders last night and could definitely tell I was just tired so I hit a little under my usual weights and lowered the volume some, also taking tonight off.

Also, not gonna lie this seasonal depression shit sucks. Last year was the best year I've had in a while but the winter was super mild and also seems like it tends to get more noticeable each year. Doesn't help I've had a lot of relationship termoil lol. SO, I'm going to invoke my right to be a somewhat reckless 20 year old and rely on the test/tren to see me through and add some dbol at 10mg a day to see if that helps along side some anadrol and anavar.

On the upside, I took some photos last night and this is by far the leanest I've ever been at this body weight (236 this morning). Probably 10% if I had to guess but may go get a bod pod done for shits.

Got arms and cardio tomorrow, think I may hit an MMA class as well.
 
Got in a good arm workout Saturday and decided to drink for the first time in a year Saturday night for Halloween. Spent all of Sunday curled up on the couch with a hangover from hell as per usual and reminded myself why it's been a year. I'll be honest and say I lack a moderation button when it comes to alcohol and that's the only thing like that.

Anyways, ate like shit yesterday and then all the booze. Back on it today and had a really good chest workout and cardio. Also got in some GW501516 and started that at 10mg today. Been a while since I ran it but will update on what I notice.
 
How common is SARM use among elite level athletes/pros/models?

Just as common as anything else for the most part, depends on the circle of people. A lot of times the SARMS and more obscure stuff is used by athletes
 
Busy as hell this past week and wrapping up travel with a guest appearance this weekend thankfully. Didn't get lifts in yesterday or today but may have time tomorrow depending on when I get back.

Sitting about 235 with a target of about 222 at the end of the month so I've got some time.

Definitely been feeling a lot of general fatigue still although I've had that going for a while, just now getting to me enough to look into it. Got some blood work done last week and everything looks good so far except for vitamin D which I knew already so I'm supplementing more and may start tanning a little bit.

Mostly just feels like my CNS is fried all the time and lack an ability to recruit muscle fibers especially. Doing more one day on/one day off to help get some rest.

Got a big order of anavar, TPP. And tbol coming in so gonna bump the TPP to 1000-1500 if I feel like pinning that much and keep tren at 700 through shoots early next month. Love tren but can't say I'm not looking forward to a break from the nectar

Yeah it definitely doesn't help but this has been going on for probably a year or two and gets to me now and then. Also could be related to the EBV which can't do an enormous amount about so who knows
 
Well, took three days off this weekend for the event and travel and it was probably needed given that I felt a decent bit better today in terms of energy levels and especially training.

Hit deadlifts, cardio, and some abs today. Really wanted to do a lot more volume but fuck my CNS, I want to get in a place where I feel better training and I have to hold back a lot on volume or weight to do that unfortunately.

Just hit the heavy stuff for triples. All sets were fairly easy, first set was exceptionally smooth. The PL crew was in the gym tonight and had a couple PL friends tell me that the pulls looked smooth and easy which was good. That's a PR for my recent lifting seeing as I'm just getting back into deads.
 
Good going man, and well done listening to the body and holding back.

Though I stopped doing DLs for the most part years ago, it was always one of the most exciting lifts to hit :)

Got that right! Definitely a thrill when you hit big lifts, honestly something I've always gotten off in now that I think about it.
 
The moment of a PR deadlift when you get through your sticking point and know it's going to lock is one of the best rushes I've ever felt anywhere in life. The rapid conversion of physical intensity to psychological enjoyment. Then it feels light as a feather at the top and you stand there for a few seconds like you're at the top of Everest...

Been thinking about some of the lethargy lately and wondering if it's somewhat thyroid related since I've been off T3/T4. I don't think that's the whole story even if it's part of it but could be a contributing factor. May go in for some more blood work and will put that on there if I do.

I always looked my best and grew the best while running T3 - there was one prep with it I legitimately gained probably 5-10lbs in a matter of weeks while dropping fat due to the fact I could increase my cals and protein intake a lot. Wouldn't even believe it if I didn't have before and after pics that were just unreal to look at. Only problem is that I have major struggles with energy and going hypoglycemic if I run it while restricting calories at all. Thinking about adding it back in at around 20mcg and very carefully adjusting as needed to see if I can't find a sweet spot for it.
