Hey everyone, tried a few lines of cocaine 48 hours ago with a group of people I trust. We had been drinking as well.
I am a pretty severe hypochondriac and have a history of anxiety and depression (low dose of lexapro) so the next day I thought about what I did, hopped on google and started freaking out that I changed my brain for the worse forever.
Anecdotally my friends I've talked to just said if you're worried about it, don't do it again and you'll be fine. That one time is unlikely to do permanent damage to dopamine receptors.
Thoughts? Am I hardcore overreacting?
