July 3rd update in Canadian legalization

Salutations,

A couple of months have passed and most of the results i still get searching the net for "ACMPR" come from an army of publicly-funded bigot anti-cannabic warrior$ and/or their a$$ociates, e.g. Ottawa's Federal government & Co... There's not much more to find from even their traditional allies who have been so contemplative (if not accessorial) to the revamped prohibition of Trudeau so far, like poli¢e, doctor$ and traditional pre$$. People supporting assasins in disguise by shifting perceptions with strong bias, looking in the other direction if/when convenient, starting with the good Canuck apples protecting the rotten ones, etc.

Think of The Thin Blue Line vs aboriginals, woman... even the homeless, etc. That alone should be a hint where that's going!

:|

Apparently the new "rules" may prove to be temporary, we'll see about that. In the meantime i can find a few comments from alternate sources about the rights of "medical" client$ being under attack again, starting with conditional access determined by past "drug offences" as old as 10 years. Then seeds/plants are required to come exclusively from HC-approved LPs while there can be no more than 2 plants outdoors or 5 indoors which shall account for every gram of finished harvest, with capped possession restricted to a 30 days supply or 150 g (whichever is less), yields being expected to be 250 g per outdoor plant or 30 g indoor... Then we read about authorizations made conditional to the presence of children in the neighbourhood (school, playground or anywhere there can be a child, you name it), and those who get theirs still have to state daily consumption up to 1 year in advance with mandatory re-evaluations each year... Then lets not forget to mention an obligation to keep HC informed when transporting a « storage location » - which corresponds to the "jar" i presume! And of course sharing anything is a legal offense that will nullify the privilege to avoid LPs... Don't bother to ask about the requirements of proper curing, exotics as dwarf autoflower genetics, etc., etc.

In short ZERO support for bragging here.

Still from English Canada we could read yesterday that Ottawa head of police Charles Bordeleau only wants to receive « legitimate complaints », which tells me perhaps there's been complaints before that were not so legitimate after all...

Oh, i'm so, euh... Surprized??? 8)

...

Please wake me up in case of real progress. Though with "victories" like that i can understand why it's not too tempting to keep us posted about "legaleezation" on planet Itnoc, In The Name Of Children.

Good day, have fun!! =D

My biggest fear (regarding legalization) is they will cause a price increase so steep it becomes cost prohibitive to use what should be a nearly free medication.

Salutations YourBaker,

My biggest fear (regarding legalization) is they will cause a price increase so steep it becomes cost prohibitive to use what should be a nearly free medication.

1st of all lets keep a most relevant fact in mind: cannabis still ain't a recognized medecine in Canada, yet this little detail doesn't stop drug warriors from creating an artificial frontier between "good" and "evil", essentially, exploiting suffering vulnerable persons as decoys for the press, abusing them as much as possible in the background - potentially including through taxation because it's no approved drug exactly, even suggesting in$urance plans will finance it eventually, etc...

We totally agree on the escalator scenario as i believe this is the #1 motivation behind "legaleezation", especially after i remind myself of the COP6 (FCTC) event (held in Moscow/Russia from October 13 to 18, in 2014...) and which sort of clearly announced what's on the table today: e.g. the bigot anti-cannabic prohibitionists want to villify cannabis in any way imaginable pretending that might "save" the children of planet Itnoc. Talking to them about the socio-toxicity of self-serving cru$ader$ is a waste of time considering the mix of ignorance, hate-driven fanatism and beyond. It really is a war but this one is far from being conventional: it's the work of many against 1 individual or tiny target groups. Nobody hears of defacto victims while traditional media depends on fantasy and controversy...

And there's worse coming. Actually there's an even more fundamental danger as i fear the plan is simply to perform "CULTURAL GENOCIDE" by erasing whatever existed before, if we let them... Their theories usually sound like magic thinking to anyone who knows better than what's propagated by TV and papers: high price-tags are supposed to cut access to youth, so they say, etc. While i find their non-sensical thought manipulation looses some of its power when one cares to replace "cannabis" with "masturbation", for example... I mean, try to "legaleeze" that for the fun of it, then Trudeau's reform shall sound even more ludicrous if not tragic.

M'well, after all my cannabis consumption just ain't anyone's business plus there's the matter of respect for privacy anyway. So, i find this most infuriating to observe that successive Canuck predatory governments perpetuate a "sin" industry in some immature attempt to intimidate us, in hope to redirect the spotlights elsewhere as a distraction while real abuse is being done with nobody accountable, using national resources to serve 1 anonymous (voters) group causing permanent prejudice to another for a retrograde ideology, etc. Effectively hurting many generations that follow.

It's like blaming the dead (just like police does all too often), or complaining the victim of gang rapists was too visible/attractive, etc., etc: e.g. putting focus on us spares THEM from a need to supply solid legal justifications (assorted with non-contaminated data if that's an option!), starting with a most obscure/politic *LIBERAL* (!!) deny of democratic debate performed by doctor/senator Henri-Sévérin Béland in 1923 (not to mention the unilateral transfer of a de-facto provincial competence to Ottawa!), followed a couple years later by yet another LIBERAL doctor/senator named Raoul Dandurand as he presided at the League of Nations (UN) right when "Indian Hemp" (cannabis) got added to the international convention of 1925, euh by some coïncidence!...

So, overall it seems to me Trudeau simply prefered the bigot tradition/legacy of his obsolete political party above all else including Canadians. Don't be impressed by Justin's nice family pictures, his own children being instrumentalized just like one more decoy as well, on planet Itnoc.

Good day, have fun!! =D

Salutations,

Altough related debate has been transported out there:
It seemed to me it still might prove most appropriate to add a complement right here with the following conclusion:

The Toronto Star: Trudeau urges police to ‘enforce the law’ on marijuana (2016-Dec-3)

« A “frustrated” Prime Minister Justin Trudeau wants police to enforce the law and criminally charge illegal marijuana dispensaries. »

Now lets pay some special attention relatively to statements (near 0:54) where we can hear Justin SuperPéteux Trudeau finally reavealing his intentions without any further confusion possible:

« ...the current prohibition stands. ... ...we're not legalizing marijuana to please recreational users... »

M'well i believe a simple (and sincere) appology for Canuck bigot anti-cannabic prohibitionism would have proven some sense of minimal respect for this country's voter expectations. It's now quite a shame witnessing our "transparent" PM talking to self-serving love-hater/hate-lover Liberals/Conservatives ONLY, instead of *ALL* Canadians...

Good day, have fun!! =D
