What is the most addictive substance?

Crack Cocaine and I'm a Heroin addict for life, so that's saying something.

But that's becoming quite common these days. Shooting heroin and smoking crack afterwards. I remember having a lot of people into this routine quite often. It's the only way you can stop crack for a while and not nod on heroin all day long. Besides coming down from crack is not that awful. There are some scenes where you just do both all day long. Super addictive.

So far it has to be cocaine. I have taken MDMA, pills, 2cb, shrooms and speed but none of them come close to the sheer craving of gear. I know there are more addictive substances out there but I never want to touch them. The reason I find it so addictive is because I feel like an enhanced version of myself, also the high wears off very quickly and leaves you wanting more. Unlike other drugs where you feel enough is enough, you can never have too much gear %)

I would have to say butyr-fentanyl or 4-fluro-butyr fentanyl. They both elicit frequent re-dosing and once physically addicted, your withdrawals will wake you from your sleep every couple of hours due to such a short half life. Other than that, Chloral hydrate was one of the most physically addictive drugs for me.

Amphetamines and steroids, they are the only constants in my life. Weed is nice but I don't need it. Alcohol also, but completely goes against everything I'm trying to do with adderall and steroids.

It is, but IME not that euphoric. Excellent for analgesia, but going back to Earth is a long way.
Besides 15 'dones will barely do the work to relieve the withdrawals IME/O.

well, one thing that for certain is very very addictive is pure fentanyl. It makes a person want to keep doing it and doing it and trying to get as high as possible.
Then, tolerance goes up and then you're in trouble when you either run out or can't get it anymore.

True. Get away from fentanyl as fast as you can. Some people manage to smoke it and that is dangerous, toxic, addictive and expensive as hell. Besides, the withdrawals will be devastating and you'll need medical assistance for sure, even it's in the ER. It's a serious addiction, one of the few methadone can't help you with as you would want.

yeah i found fent to be the hardest to kick, even compared to reg dope & perc 30's. anyone got any xp using clonidine to kick w/? got a friend who swore it took away nearly all dope wd's, interested in trying it too. i would just do subs, but i can never wait long enough to drop one w/o getting precip - it's hell trying to get 'sick enough'...

Still better than your current dope addiction. Just saying man. Life on dope get's worse by the minute.
Fentanyl is not a solution for the withdraw, you'd fall and lose sight of where you were standing. That's serious drug used for serious pain for limited amount of time in most cases. But perhaps subs are a better solution, don't let 1 or 2 days w/d scare you - it's nothing compared with all the suffering of being addicted without a perspective to stop. Give it a try. Freedom tastes good. Subs are not exactly freedom but a better option than dope. Think about it! ;)

wise words- much appreciated too. it's definitely not a good lifestyle, to need this to function; it's just so hard to commit to those couple first days lol. i'm also concerned i'd just be trading one addiction for another- in a perfect world, i'd require neither. but i don't know that i've got the willpower to go thru full blown wd's. that was why i was interested in the clonidine, but i've heard both: that it helps a ton, and that it doesn't help at all lol. don't know what to believe.

either way, thanks for the insight

No problem man. Whenever you want to give a try, we are here to help you.

Meth is way better than crack. Cheaper, stronger, lasts longer (although many, including myself, think that meth lasts TOO long)
Especially when taken orally. I've been using meth once a week (no re-dose) for the last month and a small Lyrica capsule filled a third of the way had me up for 40 hours! I've read plugged also lasts a long time but I haven't tried it yet.

Meth.. my usage has now grown to a few times a week. I've gotten 4 nights of sleep these past 2 weeks. Hell I've been up for 5 days straight and am coming down right now. I want to quit but it is so accessible - I get it for free at the moment. I don't know how to proceed. I'm already getting in too deep.

You're being given it for free so I personally see no way out for you at the moment, unfortunately...I find it to be almost literally impossible to refuse drugs given to me for free :(

When money comes into the picture it's much easier to resist the temptation, IME/IMO

I know the feeling quite well. ;) totally sober for almost 500 days but still miss benzos when I can't sleep and today for ages I felt like it would be nice if I could use opiates recreationally, or ln moments of pain. I talked to everyone about it so I felt more secure.

It was too harsh getting to this point in life where I am adapted to not feeling so adapted so to speak. Meaning I'm okay with it. :)

Opiates for sure, but neck and neck with cigs and Coca Cola (I'm not even joking). My doctor gave me a combo of nicotine patches and Wellbutrin, and man it really reduced my cravings for cigarettes, plus they make them taste like crap. But I continue to smoke out of pure stubbornness.
