I found microdosing put me in a fantastic frame of mind for the day. I am sure it enhanced my cognition too. I only did it 3 times (i still have 2 microdoses ready to go in the fridge but i am back at work and i wont take anything with patients in my care) but it certainly holds a lot of promise. Its apparently quite popular in Silicon Valley as a cognitive enhancer. There are articles on microdosing online if you are interested..just google it and they will come up.

I've had 25mg and a bottle of wine. Thinking about opening another bottle as that one went down a treat. If i open another i know i will drink it...its kind of inevitable now though

I slept for a couple of hours and had a nightmare. I knew it was a dream due to the light switches not working, but couldn't make it fully lucid so Omid Djalili kept kicking me. Roll on postie!

I've been awake since my previous post, no sleep in sight. My postie then arrived with my clonazolam so I settled back to bed with the clonaz and my cat. Thirty minutes later I got a call to come into work. My sheepishness made me agree but I promptly called back to say I was sick from the drink. I was supposed to be off today so it's no blight on me. The weather is murderous outside, too %)

Yeah I used to put in the effort to do with WILD technique and would have decent success. I don't often have the luxury of consciously doing it now. However, I usually get woken up by the rest of the house a few hours before I'm due to get up for work. This means that by simply getting out of bed, hydrating myself, and reading the news for an hour before going back to sleep, I've been getting good results. The fact that I'm not a complete hound for weed any more also seems to have helped a great deal

I was quite out of it last night eh, was damn good fun though in that room,

I've not tried any of these new wave of legal benzos, are they worth a try? I can get legit ones as easily as legal ones so not sure if its worth the hassle?

Yeah I definitely see the potential for a big group night on there. I only left because I was very conscious of my complete sobriety

If you can get the legit ones easily, and they do the job for you, probably no need to experiment with them. Some of them are real good but I don't find any of them to be as much of a complete all-rounder as something like diazepam. If I had my choice, I'd always go for diazepam or alprazolam.

Some of them just sound like a recipe to black out. I have read some horror stories in Other Drugs. People waking up in gaol not knowing the shit they have done to get there. I will stick to the diaz i think.

Aye there's many horror stories from them. I've been a bit trigger-happy with them at points in the last year with some insane half-life varieties that really put my life on hold for a while. I like to think I'm much more responsible now. I only order enough for the little boy down the lane, rather than enough for the master and the dame also.

Wise move brother. I dont know that much about the rc benzo's but I have read enough to know I am better off with valium for when i want a benzo.

Both times I've been arrested, the motivating factor in both cases were benzo's.. namely alprazolam.. that stuff in powder form is essentially satans semen dried out n powdered.. pure evil stuff!!!

I cant imagine dealing with powdered alprazolam. That sounds like a recipe for disaster.

Alprazolam just feels so perfect though. It makes me feel like everything is all right and nothing can do wrong. I never had any problems with it though. I've only had it in powder form and did volumetric dosing.

Were you weighing it/dabbing/or using volumetric dosing? I remember a particularly funny story from slopoke a few years ago where he was giving keys of the stuff to people at a party and it ended up very messily. Especially in the rear trouser department :D

I dunno, alp has a tendency to make me act a complete and utter cunt, or maybe it just brings out the real me
I had gotten 100mg as a freebie from a vendor i use and just had the TINIEST dab, thats all i remember, apparently I ended up eating the rest in one sitting, skinned up a huge joint n walked to the local shop where i proceeded to try take some beer and a sandwich and got told to leave then sparked the huge joint n slowly wobbled to a park near my house where i was promptly arrested

not my finest hour...

i was apparently talking to an empty room and would drift off to sleep every 20 mins or so then wake up still in dreamland talking absolute shite...

so yea, 50x the max theraputic dosage of xanax and im still here to tell the tale.. dunno what to make of that.. lol

3-MeO-PCP makes the day so much better. Getting stuff done for once and doing some cleaning.

re: microdosing lsd / 1-p-lsd - I have 40uG left so will try a 20uG dose next week if I need it. Best to leave several days or a week between doses to avoid tolerance. I imagine 20uG would give me the mood lift without much in the way of visual disturbances. I do find myself a bit jittery after the peak, with residual stimulation lasting for hours, but it has definately helped me turn my mood around from borderline suicidal to 'able to cope'. It's like WD40 for the mind when stuck in a depressive state of mental deadlock.

3-MeO-PCP works just as well in this respect, personally, small dose lets me feel like a normal human being for a while and gets me doing the housework without any kind of paranoia or edgyness associated with stimulants.

3fpm is curently in my drawer with ethylphenidate and likely not to be used atall or once in a blue moon. 10mg of 3fpm had me feeling stimmed up for a whole day yesterday, and not in a pleasant way.
