Methadone never blocks any opiates I use on top of my dose.
i can feel a 10mg Norco on 80mg of Methadone.
Today, no Methadone. Why? Cuz I bought 2 grams of some amazing black tar last night. I smoked one, ONE line of it last night, and it made me nod and pass out. One of the best sleep Ive ever had.

--0.5g Heroin (smoked, throughout the day)
--1mg Clonazepam (subL)
--30mg Diazepam (subL)
--1800mg Gabapentin
--150mg Promethazine
--125mg Hydroxyzine
--1200mg Ibuprofen
--Caffeine

feels gewd. :)
 
Taking a break with the dope and Benzodiazepines.
It's a whole new year tomorrow, and I get a random drug test once a month at MMT.
So I can't piss dirty for Morphine (Heroin shows up for Morphine), but since I have a Rx for Benzodiazepines, those are ok to be positive on my drug test.
I'm still going to take a break anyway.

I'm trying to keep valium and alcohol separate for the most part. Just gonna keep drinking !citrus mistress now) and let things shake out how they may. Today's a holiday, got no fuckin time for guilt. Also just got off the phone with my grandma who turned 92 today, hope I follow in her path...

My grandma passed away when she was almost 99.
Indeed, a long and fruitful life.

I felt wd from benzos this morning, so I had to take some Klonopin.
After 1 hour of taking my Klonopin, my wd went away.

At some point I wasn't so good in detecting from what drug/medication I was feeling w/d, except for Fentanyl.

The benzo withdrawal for me was more mentally intense but also associated with similar symptoms from other medication.

Right now I'm not taking Seroquel as prescribed anymore. I haven't really slept well for this last 2 nights but feel a lot more energetic.
