How did you get off your butt today V.3

I've done an upper body session last night
Bench press 4 sets
Shoulder press 4 sets
Bent over rows 4 sets
Upright rows 4 sets
Shrugs 3 sets
DB curls 4 sets
Tricep dips 3 sets

Focusing more on doing a good amount of sets and reps right now to gain strength than I am trying to do massive lifts. That was last night I repeated lower body this morning. Plenty hydration with 2 litres water a day, plenty protein and carbs. Not worrying about transfats either.
 
Yea good fats (omega 3) from saom n almonds salmon also releases b6 good mood hormone. Not just about the exercise, peeps x

Another upper body today after mopping all floors, cleaning bathrooms etc. Feeling pretty fresh and clean lol.

I did
Bench press 4x10
Shoulder press 5x5
BB rows 4x10
Upright rows 5x5
DB curls 4x10
Close grip bench press 3x10
Dips 4x10

Feeling the burn now. Had 2 eggs a banana and milk now tuna salad on wholemeal. Can see the last week has given me a boost.
 
Cranked out 30 weighted sit ups with a 5kg plate. 30 V sit ups each side, 30 leg raises. It's not a lot but I've been eating a lot and not trained abs for a while. I'm using this thread to keep track of my exercise routine as noting it down I lose the paper. It is my goal to be 83kg by the 19th of December :)
 
Went to school, hanged out for a bit then did a full upper body w.o. in the gym.
 
Went to the gym changed up the workouts I was doing

Deadlifts 5 sets 6-12 reps working up the weight and dropping the reps
Bent over rows 4 sets 10 reps
DB rows 4 sets 10
Reverse flies 4 sets 10
DB curls 5 sets 6-10 working up in weights
BB curls 3 sets 5 reps heavy

Did 10 lengths in the pool and had a steam room too. Bumped into a chick i know pretty blond with big boobs but didn't expect to see her and she caught me off guard and tongue tied. Least I was looking pumped after the gym though :D
