How many blotters can you make with one gram of 25i? Also, how can I apply to 100 blotter sheets evenly?
 
I would dose them low. Maybe 250-500 mics a hit. Dosing low is safer as some people insist on taking more than one blotter. IMO, 1 mg tabs are too strong and it is highly irresponsible dosing that high.

@ 500 mics = 50 mg a sheet = 20 sheets
@ 250 mics = 25 mg a sheet = 40 sheets

I am sure you are aware that this stuff can be very dangerous, even deadly? Be safe man. Watch out for hot-spots. Wear protective gear when handling a gram of nBOMEs.

These chemicals are sometimes mislabeled and sold as LSD or "acid"

If in doubt about your drugs, learn how to test them using testing kits/reagents. Don't have blind faith in the reputation of your source. Apart from dishonesty, even sources can get duped.
A good rule of thumb is "if it's bitter it's a spitter". Other than *marked* bitter taste, local numbness in the mouth is also a characteristic of NBOMe-type drugs.
If you take blotters sold as LSD, swallowing them may render NBOMe type compounds inactive while swallowing LSD will work just as well! This has actually - even in this thread - shown to probably not be true. Best we can tell oral dosing may produce unreliable results rather than no results at all! So please be careful making yourself comfortable with a false sense of security. Take other precautions to prevent overdosing!


What can you do to field test for LSD / NBOMe's?

Using UV light makes LSD fluoresce and light up brightly, whereas most other compounds that fit on blotter like NBOMe's do not.


Is there an antidote for NBOMe overdoses?

Tolazoline might be an option, tentatively. Apparently it has been used succesfully to combat some of potentially lethal or damaging effects. However don't go administering this without professional supervision! Instead, mentioning it to medical personel might save time / lives / health.
Other than that using serotonergic antagonists that act on 5-HT2A may be used to counteract induced psychotic behavior or other associated adverse effects. Similar warnings apply: be careful and leave it to people who know what they are doing, or you may make matters worse.

^exactly. If you have to ask such simple questions, you shouldn't be doing it, you're gonna kill someone. sell coke if you want to make money illegally and not kill someone.
 
You should be able to make 2000-4000 blotters with one gram of 25I-NB2OMe. Make a solution where 0.25ml of water contains 250mcg-500mcg of 25I-NB2OMe, then individually drop 0.25ml of the solution onto each blotter. DO NOT soak multiple blotters in one volume of solution, as this leads to an uneven doses on the blotters.

25ml onto each blotter on a sheet? thats way too much liquid, it will fall off the single blotter and spread onto the ones all around it. .25 is a shitload of liquid to be putting onto a blotter. one of those blotters is not capable of holding that much liquid the volume is just too big. nexus, put .25 ml onto a table and explain to me how that is supposed to absorb into a blotter probably about half a cm wide....the volume is more than enough to fully submerge the blotter underwater

here is the best solution, no multiplication division or dropping required. and you won't kill anyone

1) flush nbome down toilet

2) buy a sheet laid by a professional

you don't know what you're doing man. i know this is a harm reduction site and we just assume ppl are going to do stupid shit so we help them minimize the damage, but on this one i'm just going to have to vote for "just say no" to this idea if you can't even look up a dosage on erowid then divide the amount you have by one dosage to figure out how many blotters you can make....if you have to ask a question that stupid on a forum like this you're just way out of your league. on this.
 
So lets say I just wanted to make on individual dose to take, how can I make one individual dose? And would I be better putting it on paper or snorting it? Looking for experienced user comments, not people trying to lecture me. I know it's dangerous and that's why I came here, for educated input. I wouldn't even know where to sell 20-40 sheets, it was a question not a statement saying I was selling anything. I had no idea how many one gram would make, I am 45 years old and like to trip occasionally. I can't stand the nausea from the morning glory, had my las substrate cakes mold so I ordered one gram of the 25i for myself. And to those who say buy a sheet already made, I couldn't find any RC sellers offering pre-made sheets.
 
Dilute it in alcohol. Measure the alcohol volumetrically and do the math.

Laying blotter is not something you can do in your kitchen unless you have some clue what you're doing... and mislaid 25I is a good way to kill someone.
 
Toss your 25i and get 1p-lsd, al-lad, or another ergot alkaloid. 4-aco-dmt is a great choice although I've heard 4-ho-met isn't too off on effect. The lsd analogues are sold on paper easy, but available in pure. The tryptamine you can easily throw into capsules.

If your 25i is personal use take 10 mg and dissolve it in 10 ml. 1 mg/1000 mcg per ml and you can use an insulin syringe to easily break it down into tenths or twentyth four accurate dosing. Shake well before each use to distribute compound in solution evenly. Making blotter is not necessary. 25i sucks and feels like poison at normal doses.... I'd definitely recommend tossing it for a less extreme and less selective agent.

I read on erowid that for a strong trip you need 500ug. What kind of scale measures ug's and is there any way to use a gram scale for this? Like how many ug's are in 0.10 gram? Or a safe way to make one dose at a time to trip whenever I want to? I figured blotters would be good for storage but I don't want 20-40 sheets just laying around either.
 
I literally just put the ratio... 1 gram : 1000000 mcg. You can measure to make a tincture to dose out of as I mentioned above that I need to add to shake before dosing. You shouldn't make more than 10-20 trips worth at a time. Honestly 500 mcg is also a little strong where 250 mcg is a better spot to start.

As I also said your better off with a different trip material. There's much better stuff also easy to get.

1 gram is 1,000,000ug, not 1000ug. There are 1000 mg in a gram, and 1000ug in each mg.

A scale that measures micrograms is going to cost in the tens of thousands of dollars.

What people almost always do is measure with a 1mg scale and then dilute into a carefully measured amount of water/alcohol.

I second the suggestion to find another drug - 25I is pretty unforgiving and has killed quite a few people.
 
Sorry if I came down hard on you McMullen.....i was drinking amd posting as I always do...I promise im not always such a dick.

Its just not worth it. But if you must... weigh 1 gram. Dissolve this into 1ooo ml of pure ethanol. Make surr it is fully dissolved....this is importamt. Filter this through micron filters using a large syrimge to remove the potential of undissolved solids that could kill you if for some reason its impure and there is material not dissolving properly that could harbor drug.

You now have a solution where half a mL is a 5oo ug dose. .....putting on blotter adds an extra step that is more room for error. Read up on the subject of volumetric dosing and making up solutions
 
Where can I buy ethanol? Will Acetone, everclear or 91% rubbing alcohol work as well? I've never seen ethanol anywhere for sale.

Ethanol is drinking alcohol, which you can find lab grade online (eBay) easy. Isopropyl can be used, but you'll need to evaporate it to make a tincture.
