We started couples therapy this week. Since his hiatus almost 2 years ago there has been a disconnect between us. We talk. Sex is good. We laugh but there is that something that we had is missing. We both feel that there is a lack of support from one another and emotional needs are not being met. We feel it so we are working with a professional to get it back.

Wow, I think this is a really useful step. And it shows a lot of commitment from both of you. You might find some things haven't been fully addressed, hope it's a good growing experience for you as a couple! x

Seeing all these photos of couples gives me so much hope, I got a girl waiting for me when I move I can't wait to be with her, I'll surely chuck a photo up I'll be the happiest man in the world guaranteed =D
 
Well I hope people can understand how much having a partner can light up their world. Drugs are not the be all/end all of life. Love is way more soothing to a person if we put in the effort, find the right person, and just be our honest selves. I see lots of happy peeps in this thread, and I would be happy to see more! Get amongst it, blue lighters!! <3
 
haha thanks man, A lot of gay dudes say that about me its quite funny I get hit on when I go out clubbing by them too cause I guess I have a real approachable mannerism, makes nights out entertaining tho :)
