This discussion on differences between batches of what are probably the same compound is very interesting. I have definitely had these discussions before that wound up meandering into some pretty esoteric speculations like the molecule's horoscope, and the energy of the people synthing and handling it - haha.
I don't know enough about the chemistry to make a very educated guess, but it's true that it is highly unlikely, if not impossible, that these differences are due to a different molecular configuration of the primary product. The activity of the degradation products is an interesting possibility. The isomer theory seems highly plausible, as this is the case with many other drugs, such as amphetamine and ketamine, and I think even mda/mdma.
Coming back to the main thread topic, I tried one of these labeled 150mcg LSZ blotters a couple days ago, and I found the effects almost indistinguishable from 100mcg of LSD! I've eaten LSD hundreds of times, though not in very high doses. I'm so stricken by the variation in people's reports! I expected the effects to be more unique. When I tried Al, I found the effects, while similar to LSD, to be easy to differentiate, but not with this one. You guys sure you're not expecting your way into having a unique experience? I'm gonna have to push the dose a little further to see if I can tell the difference then....
