Michael, that is so cool. I have had to do that so many times in my life and it never gets any easier. What has gotten easier for me is not hanging on for my own sake when there is no hope and there is pain. I love the name Benjamin Franklin. I had an Alexander Graham Bell when I was a kid. <3
 
Michael. that's ace. Love it! And what a lovely thing for the vet to do. Never heard the like, such a nice touch of concern. And yeah, loving Benjamin Franklyn. Good name for a cat. Seems strangely apt.
 
That's so awesome, Michael. I've seriously considering getting my kitty's paw prints tattooed on me after a friend suggested it. I still might do it one day.
 
I will name my next cat Socrates (pronounced so-crates like in bill and Ted).
 
Aww that's adorable. Kitty meows make me smile. <3

The best name I had for a cat was Ludwig von Himmelhoffer III. We just called him Louie though. :D
 
my ideal "heaven" is being able to go to kitty heaven whenever I want once I pass on.

^ I am very flattered by this post on many levels! :) The Ron Athey comparison is awesome, thank you very much! I have done several suspensions and have had plenty of 'extreme' mods like implants and scarification, to me that guy is a real hero. So open up all the cans of worms ya like! :-D

I had taken the time to write out personal comments to each of you, but frankly I'm too fucking impatient to retype them. I suppose what I meant to say was, you are all very compelling creatures, and when I look at Captain's photo it reminded me of the Orgy song "Dreams in Digital", haha
