Stimulants The comedown is going to be so bad

I have been awake for a very long time and have classes tomorrow along with loads of homework and studying. I need to sleep, but I am afraid to, because the comedown I can sense is going to be awful. I rarely stay awake all night from amps and this time last night I did and now I'm still up. I just think I'm going to be sleeping in class and in front of people hard core tomorrow, tuesday, and probably wednesday, and idk what to do. Like I can't take more adhd meds because i need to let tolerance go down and take break. So what do I do to get through these days??

Also, for going to sleep or anxiety from this, I don't exactly have benzos but I have stuff that should help? I have hydroxide.. in 50 mg and 10 mg pill form. what is good starting/rare user dosage?
 
what are you on? adderall?
gotta put details like how much/when/etc.

theres not much i can say, i mean comedowns suck but what do you expect from a drug like amphetamines:!
just focus on getting some sleep tonight first, sleep is waaay more important than you'd think.

if you've got weed or can get some, id say get on that, smoke, and eat some high tryptophan/complex carb foods.
thats gonna help increase your serotonin levels and your body most likely needs the energy from being up all night and from the amphs. then smoke more weed and sleep it off :\

if you cant get weed, then just do what i said above but...well without the weed.
stay hydrated, drink some tea if you've got some, and eat healthy, your body needs nutrients and calories to make it through the day, if you're depriving yourself than you're only hurting yourself.

just dont stress, take it easy and remember that sleep is IMO the most important things atm.
when you wake up you'll feel much more calm/relaxed and able to take on the week, and you'll be able to think more clearly.

Your original post is vague enough that I think I might relate to your experience. The main thing you need is sleep. I know that shit is super fucking difficult right now to attain. You just can't sleep. You're crashing. You got shit to do. But relax...try breathing exercises. Seriously, natural methods like that work wonders. Realize this is just a day or two in your life. You're fine in the long run. Get some food in you. REAL food. Take vitamins, the whole deal. Maybe even exercise if you're up for it. And really, if you can, grab some downers if you still can't sleep. You'll be alright. Tell yourself that until you believe it and know it's true.

I know it's tough to get out of holiday mode, but school is back in session and we all need to be planning ahead.

Dont let a tolerance issue prevent you from taking more. 5 more days of amphetamines will hardly make a noticeable difference in tolerance. Get the sleep you need and then continue using the amph. if its safe. I assume you are eating and hydrating properly. The answer to almost any amphetamine question is: EAT AND GET SOME SLEEP.

Take a break from the amphetamines after the week.
 
^At least a week if you can. Your tolerance is very high (if I recall from your previous threads/posts). Even with a high tolerance, taking very high doses and/or staying awake for a long time will still give you one hell of a comedown.

I know this thread is three days old, but as others have said [for future reference]:

  • Don't binge, I know with amphetamines it can be hard not to, but accept the fact that eventually you have to come down, and the farther you push it, the worse the comedown is going to be.
  • Drink something with electrolytes in addition to water
  • Drink water
  • Try and consume as much food as you normally would, even if you're not hungry
  • Take vitamins, most importantly, vitamin C, the B-vitamins, and magnesium
  • Take a benzo or sedating antihistamine (diphenhydramine, hydroxyzine, promethazine, etc) when the comedown starts
  • Make sure to stay hydrated (think Gatorade, etc)
  • (for some people) smoking cannabis helps with the comedown, for others, it makes the anxiety worse
  • Take a melatonin tablet 90 minutes or so before you're planning on going to sleep.
 
the only problem i had with comedown is family and friends being suspicious that i was so tired and sleeping so much. also studying and homework was extremely hard to do. also when i woke up from my comedown the 1st day it was hard for me to walk up a flight of stairs like exhausting.. body was just so tired.

tip: if your going to stay up all night GET SOME WORK DONE!! do homework, study, clean, whatever you need to do for the next day. So that way when your coming down.. you don't have as much shit to do..
 
As per human traffic - "when the comedown outweighs the good times, you know the party's over" (that movie is the ecstasy bible imho)

My tolerance will probably be high forever. Idk. I had a high tolerance to start. Also I don't think there is anything wrong with binging if you can still handle stuff which I can and have been able to do for a long time
