Benzos Xanax/Klonopin as a decongestant?

I've had sinus problems since I was child. I spend the majority of my day unable to breathe through my nose. Ive tried over the counter nasal sprays, sinus medication, etc. and none seem to work. With that said, it seems that every time I take a dose of either xanax or klonopin it seems to completely clear my congestion up within an hour. This will usually last over anywhere from 12-24 hours after induction (estimate). I was curious to know if anyone else had a similiar experience, or would know a reason for this happening.

Thats weird ive never heard of that till now. Ive used blow to clear my nose after a night of blow binging tho :D

Never heard of this before, but there was a thread around that had sinus clearing hacks, I couldn't find it, but I remember what I had posted; Doing 15-20 pushups, or any vigirous activity will clear your nose up temporarily, It won't be a long lasting fix, but it's definitely useful if you're snorting a line, and need to clear your nose quick.
