Will my dr know how much Percocet I've taken with lab urinalysis

So I only have one pill left and my appointment is in 2 weeks. Am I fucked? I'm supposed to be on 6 percs a day. If I take a perc before bed the new night before my appointment , will he be able to tell it's not built up in my system from urinalysis?

Please read the BL rules before posting. It'll save you a lot of time... as questions having to do with drug testing/ how to pass those tests etc arent allowed here.
