What was her habbit before she started the Subs? It can take a while before they start to work like there suppose to sometimes say if someone had a super high habbit(Large heroin, oxycodone, opana, Fent stuff like that.) There is no reason to take over 32mg a day though, that is the ceiling dose, meaning no matter how much more she take,it want do anygood, she is just gonna waste her meds. Once she get's used to the Subs themselves, it should be easy for her to taper down so she could have extras in case something comes up where she can't make it to an appointment...Also, she is holding them under the tounge until complety dissolved right, not swallowing any of the spit?? Another also, she could Snort or plug this medication and it will increase the BA by 20 percent...would really look into plugging with Subs, it really does work better than just under the tounge, just gotta make sure you are clear up there to work. The Nasal BA is 50% Recatal is something like 54% under the tounge is 30% assuming she doesn't swallow any of it, which is hard when you first start taking them. But most important, what was her habbit before?? It may just take a while to get adjusted to the Subs.
