Heroin Where to get sterile IV supplies online (US)?

Things like:
- sterile cookers and filters.
The wheel filters are actually pretty easy to find on ebay, but must you get the individually wrapped ones for 4x the price?
- bacteriostatic water
Is that a must? Can you keep carefully pouring from the same bulk vial of it?

-what else, etc
