Opioids Whats should i do?

So for the next week and a half im stuck in the hospital, i have a PICC line in, its going well. im all out of my dilaudid 8mg until Wednesday. and my fentanyl nasal spray is not coming until Wednesday also. right now they got me on two x 5mg oxy (Oxycodone Hydrochloride white round 112 imprint) every 4 hours, i get 0.5mg dilaudid shot into my PICC twice a day, and i get some xanax shot into my PICC twice a day whenever i want. what should i do with these oxy's? just eat them when i get them? stash them for something bigger?

i was thinking of stashing them for about two days and making a 120mg nasal spray.

What is the PICC for? Chemo?
Id say just take the recommended dose, and maybe save a few on the side for one day
