I previously heard in previous years, Nalbuphine and Meperidine could be acquired ?

Ive spent a while in the PH (very recently just got back) and the drug scene there is garbage. Nothing is really sold OTC except for viagra and cialus.

You can get a prescription for valium if you see a doctor but nothing like that is available over the counter.

All party drugs are completely illegal including weed. The president in the PH currently(duterte) is killing people in the street extrajudicially. Don't be a fool and try to carry weed with you into the PH. You may get away with it but if they catch you its a one way trip to jail. Also be careful who you get shit from, there are a lot of "buy bust" operations going on and its easy to get caught in them if you don't know the right people.
