The first opioid calculator I just tried reckons 6-9mg oral hydromorphone equals 60mgs oral Morphine.
Don't take my post as being anything more than a hypothetical, do plenty of research, I'd suggest at least doing as I have done and consult a few online opioid calculators before you decide, take care.
