What is a good home remedy or anything at all to treat kidney tumors?

Anyone know a good home remedy to treat kidney tumors? Also have a question about a friend who got hit by a drunk driver. The seatbelt tightened around her stomach and it's been 10 years now and she still has stomach pain and the doctors can't find anything.. so would there be anything that would ease the stomach pain?
