Posting Tommy Cash is unfair. He is literally genius in this genre. Everything he produces is very "mass appealing" AND "super interesting musical techniques" AND "timely, interesting message". As is almost in all cases like that he grew up on the border between great powers. In his case - Russia and Europe, himself is Russian, but looks and behaves like Estonian.
