Lift weights, deadlift 190lbs first thing out of bed

make bed perfectly always for sure

Eat an organic ethically raised salad and take my vitamins, gmo free vitamins

Read something educational whilst I listen to Mozart at a medium volume (loud music is bad for hearing) and contemplate the state of the world, reflecting on what I shall do this wonderful day to improve it and selflessly too.. What would Mother Theresa do?

Go for a run 10km and pay all my bills and brush my teeth and stuff all the time and I shower every day too

Floss too! Because if I dont floss its my loss! Flossing is fun.

Read the Bible... yes I do!

Save at least a couple whales or maybe even 5 or whatever and other such belevolent deeds. But wait, there's more!

It's almost noon so I walk an old lady across the street and then with a smile and a wave I go give to the homeless or something

It's noon, time for a pick me up. As I arrive back to my home I cant help my smile in my reverie for the morning was so wonderful.. I switch my Mozart to some Miles Davis to jazz up the mood and

Smoke meth and realize I was just sitting all morning in a psychosis cause I dont do any of this shit dude, barely.

Every morning without fail, I awake to 2 cats and one dog. Usually laying on my chest, face, legs. Meowing furiously like there was starvation afoot or barking like I’d forgotten the most important pet exists (this is the one that puts her paws on my face every morning to wake me up).

Oh and I do it to Bach... Jesus @Outlier your lack of culture is showing!

Bach is for people with back pain because they're 148 years old. I'm gonna go swing my uncultured hips to some black metal in the cold bitter frost... so necrotically meaningless like life and death itself... so grim.

Every morning I wake up around 2-4 times in terrible pain at 2-4am. I can't eat because I take my pills at six including my first pain pill then I watch TV if I can't go back to sleep. I almost always use the bathroom, I bring it up because I had gastric bypass so it's very smelly, its almost too much for me to smell but that's the price I paid for losing 255 pounds, well worth it and probably more controllable in the future. I eat a 1 or 2 egg sandwich with cheese every morning at around 8am then normally I lay down and rest for a hour or two until my next pain pill at ten. I've been aware of many medical issues for about a month but don't have any medical game plan yet to fix it. I use my cell phone right now to spend the rest of the day just looking things up and trying to fix my life. I'm waiting for a doctor to see me in a month, hopefully he will squeeze me in sooner though because the pains gone past my breaking point. If I had my covid vaccine I'd go to the hospital today going for morphine. You never know they gave me morphine once because I tripped in the parking lot and fell I only tripped because my feet are going numb. I used to walk in the morning but I'm unable to right now, I'm just to weak abs in to much pain. If you know me, you might know I think this is so from my copper being low but a doctor has not confirmed my worrys yet. Oh yea I also do the dishes almost every day for the house, because I'm such a nice guy.

wake up due to either older cat aggressively purring and clawing at my eyes or younger cat singing the song of his people (i think he's not sure he exists if he can't hear himself squeaking). meditate on which cat to put in the bin first then somehow end up reinforcing their bad behaviour by giving them breakfast.

if i'm not too hungover and its before about 7.30, i'll go for a run before work. otherwise, like this morning, i wake up at 8.58 and go through to my desk by 9 so i can be available on teams but am really drinking tea and eating breakfast.

when i was abusing stimulants morning would be like 'oh shit its 9am and i haven't been to bed yet, maybe tomorrow night i'll sleep' and times of day lost all meaning.

roll over and turn off alarm, reach for the extreme energy work-out mix shit, take a scoop, swish around with water. lay there, feel the urge to get up, go poop, shave, brush teeth, put clothes on and off to work.

My morning is usually around noon to 3pm. Right there you can see, there is not much routine from the get-go.
First things first, smoke the rest of whatever is in the pookie, then load a fresh clean bowl because that's how I like em. Lay there a bit, wonder if that was a good idea or not, decide if I am going to continue methamp abuse today. I almost always decide, yes, it's been a good binge, let's roll on.
Bluelight for 15-30 minutes.
Eat something easy, e.g. some macaroni salad and a PBC this morning. Drink a glass of juice and a glass of milk or chocolate milk.
Meditate, usually about 30 minutes of that. Sometimes an hour.
Bluelight for an hour or two.
Flush the seminal fluids.
Go outside, usually decide not to smoke at all that day, take stock of the weather, time, and possibility of doing something useful.
Check in on Blue World.
Do the rest of my day.

Alarm at 7, snooze till 8. Drink green tea. Take herbs and supplements. Small dose of kratom with turmeric. Read on the toilet and Listen to music. Take a Shower. Short walk. Coffee and Smoothie them bike to work.

I wake up and go straight to the gym for 1 hour.
When I get home from that I feed my dogs and let them run around in the yard while I shower and my GF makes us breakfast. After breakfast I go to work from 9-5
I get home around 5:30 and smoke some weed and start getting dinner prepared.
I do yoga before bed 3-5 times a week.
Go to bed at 10
Rinse and repeat

9:00 PM – Starts snorting cocaine seriously.

10:00 PM – Drops acid.

11:00 PM – Chartreuse, cocaine, grass.

11:30 PM – Cocaine, etc., etc.

12:00 AM (midnight) – Hunter S. Thompson is ready to write.

12:05-6:00 AM – Chartreuse, cocaine, grass, Chivas, coffee, Heineken, Clove cigarettes, grapefruit, Dunhills, orange juice, gin, continuous pornographic movies.

6:00 AM – The hot tub-champagne, Dove Bars, Fettuccine Alfredo.
