What’s up with these knockoff Oxys?

I received some 30 mg oxys the other day, and was instructed to smoke or snort them, as ingesting wouldn’t do much for me. Did a bit of research and find they’re fentanyl presses. Should I be concerned about the dosage?

Yes, you should be concerned. With fake pills you don't know how much fentanyl (or fentanyl analogue) there is in one pill as they don't follow GMP, so it's pretty much impossible to dose it savely. The best thing you can do is to not use them.
