Weird pain after shooting suboxone

I shot into the nood vien in my left arm that I thought was dead but it hit and didn't hurt. But afterwards (3 mins ago) my left hand good this weird cold intence pain that is still going on now. what happened and I'm I ok?
 
If you are worried see a doctor or go to a hospital. You will not get into any legal trouble. Better safe than sorry.
