Stimulants weird effect during adderall binge

Im a first time BL user and was wondering if you guys could give me some info. Recently I heard of a few people on adderall binges of 40+ hours at mg of 120+ having a weird effect on them. Late into the binge a person will redose and 5 to 10 minutes later be completely "sober". They will no longer have euphoria or enhanced motivation from the drug and be diverted into a normal state. I was just wondering what would cause someone from going to a great adderall high to being completely sober after taking more,.. Any thoughts?

120mg isnt that much if youve got a tolerance.

thats not a binge
Its called the crash mane. Take more to avoid it. After the inital dose, subsequent doses dont do nearly as much or last nearly as long.
ive never heard of something like this though.
normally on an amphetamine binge, after about day 3 or so, the physical effects start to overpower the high and shit.
