Opioids Vomit and stomach pain reaction to methadose... What's going on?

The last two days trying to go to the done clinic it led to excruciating 10+ stabbing sharp pain. Yesterday was about 4 hours after a 30 mg dose while today was about 6 hours after a 5 mg dose. This is strange as I did not have this reaction the first time I used it. I have been eating kosher passover matza and was using quarter xan bars sublingual. I don't see how that's causing such a severe reaction. Does anyone have ideas what's going on or advice?
 
Ime xanax as strong antinausea effects. Have you tried taking 1-2 benadyrl? Thats what i do when i have problems keeping my meds down. Also a full glass of water
 
I haven't even tried the methadone again. It was like wherever it touched my stomach it was causing extreme pain even at 5 mg both times heavily diluted with water.
