heya all, Im wondering if anyone has any information/links on drug harm minimisation programs(besides bluelight) and the history of D-H-M in vicotoria? Im also looking for online/downloadable video's on the subject which would be fantastic

Info is needed for a 10 minute oral talk and I plan to open up some eyes so if you can help cheers!

Harm minimisation or harm reduction? Be careful - harm minimisation ALSO includes supply reduction (busting importers) and demand reduction (just say no, kiddies!)
