Pharmacist sold it to me even though I'm in my 20's, you just have to be a male over 18 and they'll sell it to you but they have to ask like 20 questions first.
No psychoactive effects directly but an hour long fuck session feels amazing
Been a useful thing for me being able to get real Viagra OTC even though the price is a bump, since I am scripted stims and opiates both of those can kill my dick but one little blue pill sorts it right out.
