Benzos Valium ,tramadol, taper question ,

I’ve on both tramadol 400 mg a day if not more and maybe 20-25 mg of Valium (in 5 mg doses)for about a year now but would like to be freeee of them I have a shitload of both should I concentrate on one at a time or try to do both together , I was thinking the tramadol should be easier and I have Paxil & Lexapro which I believe should help a bit I just need a little steerage , I’d like to be done by Labor Day if that would be possible
