Cocaine Twitching/spasms near heart after cocaine use

Hello,

I finished doing some cocaine about 8 hours ago. Started getting spasms just above my heart on the left side of my body. They were quite severe. Anyway, I tried to not panic and took 30mg valium and was mostly fine within an hour.

But it's just starting to come back now. Nowhere near as severe but still distressing. I'm not sure what it is (coronary artery spasm)? Or maybe just anxiety.

Anyway what are chances of me dying from this during my sleep? I can go to ER right now and it would not be much of an inconvenience for me, but I'd much rather just go to bed.
