I know, there are some old threads about BDO but i just wanna ask if there are some new studies about the 24/7 use of BDO. Do you guys think BDO is very toxic or just "moderate toxic" like GBL?

Hi smokedzn, Welcome to BL

There's plenty of studies, some of the more recent ones are the behavioral effects in baboons, blood levels, toxidromes, managing overdoses in a busy emergency department. It would help to narrow down the scope of the study.

1,4 BDO in particular is rough on your system due to the Aldehydes involved in it's metabolism, but it would appear that regardless of whether it's a precursor or pure Xyrem the real danger lies in OD and withdrawal.

24/7 use seems like it would skyrocket one's tolerance leading to an even more difficult withdrawal process, but you can follow the links below and check out "Similar articles" listed on the right side of the page to see for yourself while you await replies.

Withdrawal from GHB may continue for up to 21 days and can be life-threatening
The clinical toxicology of γ-hydroxybutyrate, γ-butyrolactone and 1,4-butanediol.

GHB pharmacology and toxicology: acute intoxication, concentrations in blood and urine in forensic cases and treatment of the withdrawal syndrome.
