Hi Bluelight squad,
So I recently started using Tianeptine for depression (in place of Zoloft) and so far it's been hugely successful and I feel great. Also 2/3 times a week I use phenibut and that also has dramatically improved my quality of life.
I am however concerned that I will begin to develop a tolerance and these drugs will lose their effectiveness. As I do not want to increase my doses or have these meds lose effectiveness I decided to look into memantine.
So my question is has anyone had experience with memantine for tolerance reversal/reduction and/or how should I use it for this purpose (dose/frequency).
Any advice or input is greatly appreciated!
