Alcohol Tips about preventing hangover?

hydration and food. but usually its tough to hydrate, it seems like forcing the water down. but usually once im fed and hydrated the hangover mostly goes away. sometimes i have stayed in bed most the day and that only prolongs it.

drink a couple of bottle of water before bed, drink as much water and or juice when u wake up and eat some delicious food u crave. and smoke some pot, thats a given ;)
