1 knife. I only need one weapon to fuck a bishop and I'd be worried about the other guy getting the second hammer while I wasn't focusing on it. Plus I tend to instinctively go for a punch-in-the-throat and a knife in my hand would only add to that (although that added bit would probably be a manslaughter charge)
