Hello there,

I avoid RC's, which contains flour - because I believe that they are more harmful to the human body.

Is this believing in general correct?
What is your opinion about this?
 
How harmful is Fluorine in RC's?

Which ones are you aware of that contain flour? They aren't supposed to contain anything other than the stated chemical.
