Film The Man from Nowhere

So what do you guys think? Saw it for free on hulu. It's foreign, but damn, this movie kicked some ass.

Yeah this was a pretty awesome flick (though I didn't see it sober). I don't think I've ever seen a martial arts scene where every move was so lethal as the one towards the end of this film. It's pretty damned gritty and violent, and definitely worth checking out if you're in the mood for an action or martial arts film. If you roll your eyes at the plot summary involving protecting a kid, don't worry, that doesn't make up much of the screen time and the situation isn't nearly as saccharin as you might imagine.

Awesome movie. One of my favourite Korean flicks as of late.

Others you might enjoy of a similar genre (and country)... A Bittersweet Life, The Chaser, I Saw The Devil and of course the Vengeance Trilogy.
