Justice Amy Coney Barrett
Fuck yeh! Let the games continue!

And that fucking Zuckerburg should be taken out for more reasons than one. Him and his little college or school project (whatever) has been the catalyst for more shit and havoc worldwide than Trump could ever have inflicted if he were POTUS for a millennium.

Breaking News: The Supreme Court blocked New York’s virus-imposed limits on religious services. Justice Amy Coney Barrett was a decisive vote in the 5-4 ruling.

It seems that SCOTUS isn't fully under the elite's control. Good and courageous judges might decide Trumps victory. Hopefully they follow the law.

"BREAKING: Phill Kline, former Kansas Attorney General & current Director of the Amistad Project: “We already have suits in 6 states, but we’re filing more based on this new data. A series of decisions at the local level, funded & encouraged by the flow of $350M of Mark Zuckerburg" @Rothbard1776

Pretty sure somebody mentioned something about waiting for the Kraken to manifest itself?

You’re in luck and didn’t have to wait long.

Pretty sure somebody mentioned something about waiting for the Kraken to manifest itself?

You’re in luck and didn’t have to wait long.

so the kraken is sidney powell filing a couple of lawsuits?

this is surely just more of the same - voting machines! mail-in ballots! hugo chavez! - allegations she made as part of the trump legal team, for which there appears to be little or no evidence.

even the trump campaign is distancing itself from her claims: Giuliani distances Trump campaign from attorney Sidney Powell

"The Trump campaign on Sunday sought to distance itself from attorney Sidney Powell after she made a series of increasingly convoluted and baseless allegations of widespread nationwide election fraud.

Powell, who also represents former national security adviser Michael Flynn, had appeared with campaign lawyers at press events as recently as last week.

In a brief statement released Sunday afternoon, President Trump's lead attorney Rudy Giuliani and senior legal adviser Jenna Ellis said that Powell "is not a member of the Trump Legal Team."
"

she has yet to provide evidence of her claims - i guess she will have to now.

the tucker carlson show asked her to offer some proof last week and said that she "got angry and told us to stop contacting her."

if this is the kraken we were promised, i'm underwhelmed...

Yep, that's exactly what it is. 100 misspelled pages of it.

The attachments to the Michigan lawsuit:

Full schematics of the voter-fraud workflow including system processes, real live connections to the voting network from Pakistan, Canada, Iran and China (LMFAO) and proof of ownership of all these companies and sub-contractor hirings.
Live-feed recorded of Brad Raffenspergers partner-in-crime Gabe Sterling admitting to voter fraud (Then Lin Wood trolls Brad on Twitter)
This means that the GA secretary of state and GA governor were directly implicated in the election sabotage.

We also got the reporter who infiltrated an Antifa message group and who was one of the members? One of the top execs (I believe co-founder) of Dominion Voting Systems. I think his name was Coomer (his name as scrubbed from online Dominion pages after this came out) and he's on record saying something like "Trump can't win. We've made sure of that".

Good morning all.

Not being a legal beagle I cannot really explain the below. Being an intelligent and logical person though (if only my own perception of self of course) here's the thing:

Obviously I've been watching the shenanigans. Sidney Powell, about two weeks ago or so, was being punted as Trump's secret weapon. Not too long after all the talk about her and her various interviews: all of sudden and out of blue the Trump's legal team was distancing themselves from her. And yet about a week later or so: she's filing suits independently. Now I wonder why that would be? I put it to you that it's not coincidental. And it'd be a stretch for me to believe that it's simply because she's patriotic and/or a Trump fanatic. I put it to you also that it'd also be a stretch for me to believe that she's doing it pro bono publico.

But what do I know. Probably just some conspiracy theory I've managed to conjure up in my own mind. ;)

are the rats leaving the sinking ship?

Disputing Trump, Barr says no widespread election fraud

"Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

His comments in an interview with The Associated Press come despite President Donald Trump’s repeated baseless claims that the election was stolen, Trump’s effort to subvert the results of the 2020 presidential election and his refusal to concede his loss to President-Elect Joe Biden.

Barr said U.S. attorneys and FBI agents have been working to follow up specific complaints and information they’ve received, but they’ve uncovered no evidence that would change the outcome of the election. Barr was headed to the White House later for a previously scheduled meeting.

“To date, we have not seen fraud on a scale that could have effected a different outcome in the election,” Barr told the AP.

It's glorious. God I'm so happy trump lost the election.

It feels like there's a slight, very very slight bit of cope for America again. I'm sure it'll get dashed, but it's still worlds better than if trump had won.

I can't wait for Bidens inauguration. And hearing the cries of the Trump fanatics after weeks of "it's not over! Trump can still win you'll see!"

What really needs to happen though is for the sane Republicans to take back the party. The country can't afford for the republican party to take on trumpism long term.

A chromatically corrected world
I really think Trump will fade away rather quickly, though I’m not sure about Trumpism. It remains to be seen.
Look at the Obamas. They’re making money hand over fist between Netflix and book deals, but Obama definitely faded from power. He was popular as a campaigner and fundraiser for Biden, but still definitely in the sunset of his political career.
Bill Clinton tried to stay in the limelight and failed, even pre-MeToo.
And I don’t think any of Trump’s kids have the charisma to form a similar cult of personality. I hope I’m right about that one.

God I hope you're right on this one (odd as that may be coming from me). That little one is either retarded, psychotic, or the most miserable little boy I've ever seen in my life (maybe all three).

On a lighter note: you do know that Trump didn't have it easy when he was small and growing up? As the story goes (and can only go by what I've read of course): his prize father favored his brother and had high hopes for him. Apparently it didn't take long from Trump to figure out that the way to his father's heart was being ruthless and successful. Not that he'll get any sympathy around these parts I'm sure. Just mentioning for posterity.

Nope.

A lot of us here had shitty childhoods. It doesn't justify or absolve what we do wrong as adults, and it especially isn't a free ticket to be abusive to other people.

I'm sorry trump didn't have a better childhood, maybe he would have turned out differently, but it doesn't change anything as far as culpability for his behavior as an adult.

A lot of horrible people had horrible childhoods. Aaaaaand a lot of really awesome people did too.

Nobody has ever explained to me how Trump has actually hurt anyone, relative to other republican (or democratic) presidents. I'm not sure that @dalpat077 was trying to excuse him for his misgivings, but rather humanize him to those of you who fail to see him as a person.

I had a long argument with a family member recently who insisted that Trump was a sociopath. I pointed out that sociopaths are basically incapable of love yet the Donald clearly loved his brother dearly and he has a big family of his own. My uncle said, "he doesn't love them." And I said, "What? He doesn't love his own kids?"

Dehumanizing people is never okay. I'm not justifying the mistakes he has made. There is a lot of blood on Obama's hands, but I would never suggest that he's less than a man or that he is incapable of love. These sort of comments are childish and below the belt... If you are critical of the way Trump treats people, take the high road. Otherwise you risk becoming a hypocrite.

Personally I believe Trump is a narcissist, not a sociopath.

I don't know if he can feel love for other people, if I had to guess, I'd say probably yes, but it may be a more self centered kind of love than most people feel.

^ we can only hope :)

But as a human being and so far as I can tell: he's not gone out of his way to hurt anyone dictator style.

i suspect, if you were a member of the lbgt community, you'd likely have a different opinion.

at least got the courage of his convictions and which won't change depending on the prevailing direction of the political wind on any given day.

oh, this is the "he's a real straight shooter" thing? he's changed his mind on many things since his election. he also promised many things which turned out to be hollow promises and pandering. your mileage obviously varies.

Sometimes it seems like a lot of Trump haters here forget every single politician is a liar, most would have narcissistic tendencies to have the drive to do that job and don't have to admit to being wrong when they are wrong.

Trump is just bad at public speaking and doesn't bother putting on the airs and graces of someone who has to pretend to represent the people.

I don't hes an enemy of any minority group. People who have run out of ideas use minority groups as a prop to make him seem worse than he is. He's simply an incompetent idiot who had enough money to buy the entire country.

Would be funny personally if Trump did somehow get back in office but wouldn't be ideal for the yanks, maybe democracy is just too hard and North Korea has got it right.

Everyone living there really loves their leader and all seem very content, he does get elected fairly with no drama anyway...If the outward appearance projected there is as convincing as they think it must be accurate , right? 8)

I've responded to the "all politicians lie" counter before. Yes, all politicians lie, but in America until trump they generally tried to be seen as honest. They only lied when they didn't think they'd get caught, or where the truth is vague enough that it can be debated.

They didn't lie about shit anyone could fact check inside 10 seconds and is so obviously false it's insulting that they would even say it.

Trump does, and he can because his followers are fanatics. They change their view to match the new lie. That's super dangerous and has seriously damaged American politics going forward. As well as just degrading the view of politicians and the political system further.

In short, there are lies and then there are lies.

They're all liars, but Trump is transparent?

I don't see that as significant... and Biden blatantly lies in the same way Trump does. It is verifiable a lie with a 10 second fact check when Biden/Harris blatantly lie about Trump.
