hey thanks so much for your advice, this was driving me nuts, I will def go for a more fatty snack afterwards. You truly are a life saver even if it doesn't always work out i at least have a some place to start out from and hopefully i won't be limited to just granola and almond milk anymore. Ya that gaba is a bit much but this pain is crazy and desperate times you know.
